1. Service

Oracle GPT provides paid and trial access to an AI assistant via oweb.chat and Telegram bot @owebg_bot. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these terms.

2. What you purchase

You buy a time-limited or lifetime digital subscription that unlocks AI chat features (and related features shown on the pricing page). This is not a physical product.

3. Accounts

• You may register with email/password or Telegram
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
• One person should not share a paid account for commercial resale without permission

4. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed in cryptocurrency via our payment partner. Access is usually activated automatically after confirmed payment. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case via support if access was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, attacks on infrastructure, or to violate third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits or payment systems.

6. Disclaimer

AI outputs may be inaccurate. Use results at your own risk. The service is provided “as is” within commercially reasonable uptime.
